Creative material stays inside your account by default.
Moonlight does not publish uploads, prompts, saved references, or outputs to a public customer gallery. Public marketing demonstrations use project-owned or separately approved material.
The service processes only the material needed for a job.
Source and reference images may be temporarily available to configured image or video processors through short-lived signed links. Moonlight does not use creative content to train general-purpose AI models.
Google is used for authentication, not photo access.
Moonlight requests basic OpenID, email, and profile scopes. It does not request access to Google Drive, Google Photos, Gmail, contacts, or calendars.
Deleting from the studio removes your access, not every copy.
Deleted media no longer appears in your account and cannot be downloaded or reused there. Copies of media and related records remain in a restricted archive accessible to authorized administrators. Studio deletion does not permanently erase that archive.

Real-person edits require the permissions and lawful basis described in the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. Public availability of a photo does not remove that responsibility.
