01

Adults and consent

Moonlight is for adults aged 18 and older. You may not upload or generate sexual or exploitative content involving anyone under 18 or anyone presented as under 18. Where adult content is permitted, every depicted person must be an adult, and you must have explicit consent for the source material and requested transformation.

02

Prohibited content

You may not use Moonlight to create, upload, or share:

  • child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, or content that facilitates child exploitation;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, sexual exploitation, or nudification of a real person without consent;
  • content that facilitates violence, terrorism, trafficking, self-harm, illegal drugs, or other serious unlawful conduct;
  • hateful, harassing, defamatory, or threatening content intended to target or harm a person or protected group;
  • deceptive impersonation, fraud, identity theft, election interference, or fabricated evidence; or
  • content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
03

Platform abuse

You may not probe or disrupt the Service, introduce malicious code, scrape or resell access, automate abusive volumes of requests, compromise another account, misrepresent request origins, evade rate limits, or attempt to discover or bypass safety systems. Do not use the Service to develop or benchmark a competing safety-evasion system.

04

Real people and disclosure

A person's public profile or public-figure status does not give permission to create intimate, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful content about them. When a reasonable viewer could mistake Output for authentic footage, a photograph, or an event, you must disclose that it was generated or materially edited when necessary to avoid deception or harm.

05

Enforcement and reporting

We may block a request, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, and cooperate with valid legal process. Enforcement decisions may consider content, context, intent, severity, history, and risk. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities or safety organizations.

To report content or appeal an enforcement decision, email hello@moonlight.photo with enough detail for us to investigate.

06

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the Service, technology, or law changes. The latest version posted here applies to your use of Moonlight and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
